Mr. Fok graduated from Oxford University holding a Bachelor Degree in Economics and Management. He is currently the Vice President of Fok Ying Tung Group in his family business.

He was elected Vice-President of the Sports Federation and Olympic Committee of Hong Kong, China in 2016. He is presently a Member of the International Relations Committee of the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA) as well as the President of Asian Electronic Sports Federation. He is also the Vice Chairman of Elite Sports Committee and an Ex-Officio Member of Sports Commission of the HKSAR Government, a steering committee to advise the HKSAR Government on sports policy. Other sports related commitments include being the President of the Gymnastics Association of Hong Kong, China and a Director of Hong Kong Sports Institute.

As a member of the National Olympic Committee, he was appointed as the Chef de Mission of the Hong Kong Delegation to the Singapore 2010 Youth Olympic Games, Tianjin 2013 East Asian Games, Nanjing 2014 Youth Olympic Games and the Rio 2016 Olympic Games.

Mr. Kenneth Fok plays an active role in social work, mainly focusing on youth work and sports development. He is appointed as a member of Youth Development Commission by the HKSAR Government after serving as a member of Commission on Youth for 6 years from 2012 to 2018. He chaired the Hong Kong United Youth Association (HKUYA) between 2013-2015, one of the most the Committee of Youth Activities in Hong Kong.

He was appointed Justices of the Peace (JP) in 2016 by the HKSAR Government in recognition of his continuous devotion and distinguished contribution to our society.
